About this house sitting position in HELENSBURGH

Modern and comfortable four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house. Aircon throughout and a beautiful modern open fireplace for winter. Master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, two other bedrooms are furnished with another queen and a king single respectively. There is queen sofa-bed in the fourth bedroom.
Helensburgh is 45 minutes South of Sydney and 30 minutes North of Wollongong. It is bounded by the Royal National Park to the North and the escarpment and Stanwell Park to the East.
Our home is walking distance to cafes, restaurants and bars and a 7 minute drive to Stanwell Park beach (which offers a off-leash dog area). Wonderful bushwalks abound and the area is also known for its mountain bike trails.
You will be minding our 12 year old labrador cross, Remi. She is delightfully well-behaved and well socialised. She is fit and active and needs a daily walk. She sleeps outside and only expects to join us inside of an evening.
We will also need you to water plants and the vegetable garden.

Remi was a pleasure to look after, gentle and easygoing, which made the experience more enjoyable. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, and being so close to the park and pond made for beautiful, refreshing walks each day. “Chris and Grant were wonderful homeowners and made the whole experience easy from the start. Everything was well organised and clearly set up before I arrived, which made settling in seamless. Remi is a beautiful, calm girl and an absolute pleasure to look after. Our morning and afternoon walks around the area were a delight, with a friendly local community, nearby parkland and bushland alive with birdlife. The house itself is spacious and very easy to relax in, especially the covered back deck overlooking the pool. With lovely lookouts and national parks close by to explore, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thanks again Chris, Grant and Remi ”

“We spent a lovely 2 weeks in Helensburgh caring for Chris' home and the gorgeous Remi. She was the model dog, very easy to walk and care for and a lovely gentle personality. Chris and her family were very welcoming. The home itself was very comfortable and we felt quite at home there. A beautiful area to explore, lots of cafes and eateries and a top pub as well.
