About this house sitting position in Hervey Bay

We have a small, one bedroom home, affectionately known as the "Shoebox" in the non-touristy area of Urangan, and a bit of a hodgepodge of a garden with lawns, front and back.
There is a reasonably large outside BBQ area which is perfect for winter breakfasts and relaxing plus a small patio at the front, good for winter sundowners.
Our home is an easy approx 1km walk from the beach, Pier, marina, restaurants and pubs. Even closer to supermarkets and Botanic Gardens with its amazing orchid house.
We have a covered caravan area available, if needed, as we will be travelling in our own van.
Our wonderful neighbours usually water our plants and look after the mowing and we reciprocate, but we will both be away for the same time in August, so we are looking for a house sitter/s who is/are happy to water and mow as necessary, especially as it gets warmer further into Spring.
Sadly, we have no pets atm so we are just looking for the house to be maintained, the pot plants and various garden areas cared for and the lawns mown when needed.
In exchange we offer a comfortable easy care home in a quiet, wide street with plenty of time to whale watch, fish, go boating, follow your own interests and visit other wonderful spots near here.
