About this house sitting position in Highett

Our home is on the ground floor of a small block of apartments with secure basement parking. It is quiet and private with a large outdoor terrace with secure fencing and doggy door. The Highett railway station and Woollies supermarket are a 4 min walk. There are multiple cafes, bars and restaurants on our doorstep. 10 min drive to the beach. Southland shopping centre is 1 train stop or 15 min walk.
Our dog is a female mini dachshund nearly 6 yo. She needs a daily 30-40 min walk, cuddles and needs feeding twice a day (plus treats). She can be left for a couple of hours but is used to having someone home most of the time so this would suit someone retired or who works from home. Overnight she likes to sleep in the same room as you but on the floor in her own bed. Our daughter lives nearby and will look after her in her own home 1-2 days a week incl overnight so you won’t have her all the time.
Garden doesn’t need much maintenance but may need to be watered, also our indoor plants will need watering.
3 bedrooms (one of which is used as a study) other 2 have double beds. 2 bathrooms. Non smokers only please.
