Responsibilities Overview

Pet Care
Lavender (Husky/Border Collie):
Ensure she gets her morning and afternoon walks.
Provide fresh water and food according to her routine.
Spend quality time playing and interacting with her to keep her happy.

Lightning (Cockatiel):
Offer regular attention and gentle patting.
Ensure she has fresh food and water daily.
Engage in playtime with toys or activities to keep her stimulated.

Pool Maintenance
Requires experience and knowledge to maintain the sand filter and pump effectively.
Operate the sand filter safely, following all safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
Regularly check the pool for debris and clean the surface as needed.
Monitor water levels and chemical balance to ensure safe swimming conditions.
Storm Water Pumps
Check the water pumps regularly to ensure they are functioning properly.
Clear out any rocks and debris from the pit of the pumps to maintain optimal performance.
Manage the pumps to prevent water runoff and maintain proper drainage.

Mow the lawn as needed to keep it neat and tidy.
