House in Hillarys 5min walk to the beach, harbour, parks and cafes/restaurants. Well equiped house with pool. Looking for someone to house and pet sit.

The house is a 4x2 with large living/kitchen area, pool table, outdoor dining and grasses areas front and rear. Space for caravan parking out front.

One medium dog Lucy (8yo spoodle) to look after with exercise twice a day - she is an energetic dog so needs this every day. Must be patient with her and treat her with love :). Hoping for someone who will be home most of the time (not full time workers) to give lots of attention, and so she is not left alone for long periods.

Garden fully reticulated, just need to spray the small veggie garden once a week for bugs. Pool needs minimal attention needed just to keep an eye on the filter box.
