Low maintenance townhouse.. Location100m from Broadwater esplanade with beach and a marina walkway., 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, plus lower level toilet No garden but small grassed area. Front area full outdoor kitchen covered patio. We love the location close to shopping centre (2km) and close to boutique suburb with cafes and restaurants. 2 senior cats to be cared for whilst away.
