About this house sitting position in Hope Island

We live in a Unit complex ( Not Gated ) ,
We live On the top floor which is ( level 3 ) , lift and stairs , underneath carparking or outside carparking available .

Lots of gardens to wak around, 2 pools , Gym , Rec room .
Local Cafe opposite to Units at Marina . Nice walk around our local Suburb up to a lovely private secluded small beach area , and back to a Harbourside walk , looking at the water and boats .
Local Woolworth shopping centre 3 Min drive down the road , Cafes and Restaurants , Local Tavrn . Less then 10 min drive is a Coles shopping centre with Cafes and Restaurants , Sanctuary Cove close by ie Golf Course .

10- 15 min drive , a Beautiful suburb o Paradise Point , Lovely Parks to walk, Relax , Swim , Eat and Drink - Restaurants and Cafes , A Small local supermarket , Post office , Retail , Medical etc ( locals call this little are 'THE VILLAGE' ).

Rinawaybay is an area that has a bigger shopping centre, Banks , supermarkets , Big W and Target .

Our home is on level 3 of , top floor . It's a 3 bedroom Unit , can see Marina from balcony and Pool .

Lots of Trees and lots of Birds ( birds can be noisy in the Morning )

Our Complex Is a Dog Friendly area , in our little Block we have aprox 7 or 8 Dogs .
In saying this our complex is Quiet and Peaceful

We have a 11.5year old Cavalier little Girl , she is very precious ?, she is very shy and does take a while to get to know a new person, She is a 'LAP DOG' , not interested in toys any more ( she has Toys to sleep with , but does not play with them ) she is a dog that prefers to watch and not join in , has no idea how to play games ie Catch or fetch etc , we tried to teach her but to no Avail .... ( she came home to 2 cats when she was a puppy and she thought she was a cat ?..... she has lived with 3 cats ( recent Cat passed away only few weeks ago so she has Missed him very much ) ...

We do 2 main walks a day ( morning & afternoon ) approx 5min to 30min - depends if she is in a walking mode .... the other 2 times,she just goes outside for a wee.. ( Lunch and after about 7pm before bed )
We have a Doggy Stroller , she loves this as it usually means she going out on a Outing ... we take her to local cafes ( she has a Puppycino ? ).

She sleeps on my bed , ( or Maybe I should re-phrase and say I sleep on her bed !!! .... ( I do Night shifts so she has my bed more then I probably do ?...lol ) .
