About this house sitting position in Hornsby

We have a 3 bedroom home in the leafy suburb of Hornsby. BBQ area, extensive deck areas and covered patio for relaxing, entertaining.
We are in a small complex with a bus stop 5 minutes away that takes you to Hornsby Station and Westfield.
Your room is a queen room that is very comfortable.
Most importantly we have one dog, a 13year old cocker spaniel. She tends to sleep most of the day. As well we have 3 cats that are pretty chilled.
The dog is walked daily when we are home. She can be a barker so it is important that sitters would be around in the evening around dinner time to keep the neighbors happy.
The cats are all older inside/outside animals but in cooler weather generally stay inside. This means that the kitty litter needs replacing regularly. They are grazers when it comes to food so don't have the normal twice a day feeding routine.
One of our cats has recently been diagnosed with diabetes and needs to be injected twice daily. We would be happy to pay something if you would be willing to do this, otherwise we will board her with the vet for the time period.
Our ideal pet sitter would be retired, semi-retired, working from home or have reduced working hours.
