About this house sitting position in Horseshoe Bay Magnetic Island

This house sit is to look after our 6 year old Labrador Retriever Sebastian, who enjoys walks (and swims) every day at Horseshoe Bay beach, about one kilometre easy walk each way. He is a very big (50kg) and gentle labrador retriever who is mostly obedient, but you will need some strength to control him when he gets belligerent and doesn't want to go home.

Of course you will stay in our home which is a two bedroom, one bathroom small cottage which is fully air conditioned and has excellent outdoor space.

April/May is the best time of year to visit north Queensland with the weather cooling off and the beaches reopening for swimming.

Ideally suited to a retired/semi-retired/WFH couple who enjoy the beach and the bush. Magnetic Island is 60% National Park and well known for its bush walks and wildlife. There is also an excellent 9 hole golf course on the island.

Magnetic island is a short ferry trip from Townsville where you will find all the services you need.
