About this house sitting position in Howrah

My husband David and I have a three bedroom home on a suburban block which is located a convenient 15 minute drive from Hobart city. We have a front and back garden which don’t require a lot of maintenance, just mowing, a bit of weed pulling and watering where necessary. We also have indoor plants which will need moderate watering. We have a birman cat named Monte and a cocker spaniel named Evie who get along well. Monte doesn't require a lot although he is an indoor cat so his litter needs to be cleaned out daily. His only other requirement is feeding and the occasional pat and to know someone is around. Evie on the other hand is super needy, quite sensitive but very loving. Her fur is usually long but will be trimmed shorter so as not to become too tangled. If she will let you, a gentle comb while she is sitting on your knee will keep the knots at bay, if not, we will sort it later. She is given medication in her breakfast which is no problem. She loves to take on-lead strolls around the streets but doesn't particularly like the beach and definitely not dog parks. It would be an advantage if we could find someone with cocker spaniel experience, some say they suffer from SSSS (Super Sooky Spaniel Syndrome🤣) and Evie is typical 😊. It would be great if her sitters, could meet her a couple of times before we leave her to ensure she/you are ok with each other.
