About this house sitting position in HURLSTONE PARK

We're looking for a calm, tidy and reliable person or couple to look after our home and animals from Thursday 17 December to Wednesday 13 January (27 nights). We need the full period covered, sorry — no partial stays.

The animals: a very sweet 12-year-old Labrador who needs one walk a day, and three cats. None of them are hard work — they mostly want company and someone home in the evenings.

The house: newly renovated, quiet leafy street a four-minute walk from Hurlstone Park station. Ducted air-con, a pool, [fast wifi / off-street parking / a proper desk if you work from home].

The arrangement: free stay in exchange for caring for the animals and the house. We cover all bills and the pool service. In return we ask: no parties, no extra people staying, no smoking indoors, and the animals aren't left alone overnight.

Before we confirm: we'd like two references we can call, and a cuppa here beforehand so you can meet the animals and see how you go together.
