About this house sitting position in Huskisson

Hi
I am looking for a sitter for Basil who is a18years young Chihuahua cross indoor dog. He loves companionship, walks (with lots of sniffing!), chilling at home and napping He has previously had a sitter last year with no issues. He will require 1 daily medication (with cheese).
We will have recently downsized to a new villa in Huskisson which he will be well used to by these dates as it's only a block away from our current abode.
The villa is in a small complex of 4 located 250 meters to the beach and approx 300 meters to Huskisson's main street.
It has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, air conditioning, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with separate toilet, enclosed entertaining area, small fenced backyard and garage.

“Little Basil is so cute. For an old man of 18 years he is extremely fit and agile. On his walks (which he loves) he'll break into a little canter; he'll bound up stairs; and when excited he'll do little zoomies around the house. He travelled extremely well in the car and was wonderful company. He would come up for a little cuddle but then like his space. But he would never be far away from you with one of his great big smiles. He is a lovely puppy. It was nice staying at Belinda's. Belinda was welcoming and easy going. Her home was walking distance to the beautiful spots in Huskisson. Belinda was very organised and communication was excellent. Thank you Belinda and thank you little Basil 😘 ”
