About this house sitting position in Image Flat

Our 3 bedroom (+ study), one living, two bathroom home is located in a peaceful estate on the outskirts of Nambour, with our backyard backing onto, and over-looking, a farm. Our house is 15 years old and located towards the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. We have wonderful neighbours on each side of us.
Our home is a 7 minute drive to local shops and cafes, and there are numerous walking trails within short driving distance (10-30 mins depending on the trail). It is a 20 min drive to the closest beach. Our neighbourhood playground is a 10 min walk.
Part of sitting the home would require mowing the lawn (we have a push mower), watering plants and taking care of our beautiful and very active and enthusiastic Border Collie. She requires time playing ball or going for a walk daily. She is mostly an outside dog, but does enjoy some cuddles in the living area at times.
Our dog does better with older kids and adults, so probably not as suited to young children unless they are familiar with active/boisterous dogs.
We will require the successful applicant to sign a house sitting agreement.
