About this house sitting position in Ipswich

Our pre- appointed sitter has just declined and we are now in NEED! of a replacement person/s to house sit and care for our two mini-dachshunds.
Our home is a Low-set brick home 4 bedroom plus study and double lock-up garage, it is situated at the end of a quiet street (no through road) and backs onto a bushland reserve, we have been here 25 years. The nearest shopping centre is 10 min away and our local Tavern is 5 min down the road
Our dogs are Harry and Penny who just love human company and food, they don't require a lot of walking but do get a bit exited when you rattle their leads, they do suffer a bit of anxiety if left alone for long periods of time.
I am retired and spend a fair amount of my time at home with the dogs.
Our yard is fully fenced and has an enclosed lockable pergola / BBQ area, great spot for a morning coffee or an afternoon beer, it has a small table and number of comfortable chairs.
Our sitter would have their own private room & bathroom, use of the study and all other living, dining and kitchen areas.
