About this house sitting position in Ipswich

Month-long sitter opportunity in a little Queenslander cottage in Ipswich.

We are looking for someone to take care of our kelpie/border collie mix (he will be about 2 by the time of the sit). He is very affectionate, sleeps inside and is at his best when taken on a daily walk / to the dog park (his favourite place). He gets along well with other dogs and loves people.

Property has all the usual amenities - FTTP 500/50, aircon, 2x desk spaces, dishwasher, washer/dryer, adjustable dumbbells and bench.

Walking distance to take-away, corner store, pharmacy, etc. 25-minute walk (5 minute drive/bus) to supermarket. 7-min drive to train station (or 20-min bus).

Best suited to someone with a car as the dog park is a 30-min walk (or 3 min drive) away and the train station can only be reached by bus, but a car is not required.
