WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT OUR AREA
The location is incredibly convenient and family-friendly. We are only moments from Booval Train Station, making travel to Ipswich CBD or Brisbane easy. Shops are nearby (walking distance) for groceries and essentials, along with cafes, schools, childcare centres, and local parks.

We have a lovely Rhodesian Ridgeback called "Astrid" who enjoys company, daily walks, and relaxing at home. She has a beautiful nature, is easy-going and very affectionate, and loves spending time with people. Feeding is required once daily, along with fresh water and outdoor time in the backyard. She is an indoor dog and will get very distressed if left outside or alone for extended periods.

MEDICATION/TREATMENT REQUIRED
Astrid has very sensitive ears - At times Astrid will have very sore internal ear cavities and will need medication (Caneston cream) in her ears - she will also need a Telfast tablet each day (given in a square of.cheese) if she has a skin reaction which appear as red spots mainly on her tummy as she is allergic to certain grass seeds. She will need a medicated bath every few days to help her with her skin if she has an allergy reaction

GARDEN
The property sits on a large 943m2 block with an expansive backyard. We would appreciate basic upkeep such as watering plants - only if needed it usually takes care of itself - and we would appreciate the yard mowed for longer stays if grass is getting high

Important info
The home has a large backyard and outdoor entertaining area, so we do appreciate the yard mowed. Astrid is an indoor dog and will get distressed if left outside or alone for extended time. She may need some simple extra care for her ears and skin as she has allergies to grass seeds and detergents.
