Our home is a comfortable 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house with ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning, Wi-Fi, two Sonos speakers, a BBQ, and a grassed backyard — perfect for relaxing summer evenings. It’s an easy-care property; we just ask that you water the lawn occasionally (we have a robot mower to handle the rest!).

We’re in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood just 550m from the nearest bus stop, 1km from Supa IGA, and 4km from South Point Tuggeranong shopping centre.

You’ll have your own queen bedroom with a Koala mattress, memory foam pillows, bedside table, lamp, desk, and drawers for your clothes.

Millie is a cheeky, playful, and very likeable 2-year-old German Shepherd with a long coat and a big heart. She’s well-mannered, house-trained, and mostly social with other dogs. She sleeps indoors, enjoys having access to the house and yard, and can be left alone for up to 4hrs outside or longer inside with the A/C on.

Millie loves her walks (two a day — morning and late afternoon), chasing balls, and playtime in the yard. She especially enjoys playing with the hose and splashing in her mini shell pool on warm days!

She responds well to commands such as sit, stay, come, down, and shake. She’s strong and enthusiastic on lead, so she needs a confident handler comfortable managing a large, energetic dog.

Feeding is simple: one evening meal (dry kibble and Lyka food). She’s in good health, vaccinated, and her vet is an 8-minute drive from home. Read more...
