About this house sitting position in Ivanhoe

Two bedroom art deco apartment with full kitchen, dining room, large living room, bathroom and snug/study. Master bedroom is massive, second bedroom has a double bed and the side-snug. Built in wardrobes, polished hardwood floors. Very comfortable. Ducted heating and fans provided. No AC but not needed (well insulated). Music + sound system in the living room. The apartment complex has beautiful shared gardens (no maintenance required). Robot vacuum which I set to run each day, its a low maintenance place. Dishwasher and washing machine, with clothes lines out the back for drying. Bathroom has one toilet and shower.

Apartment is on a lovely leafy street with free all day parking out the front. I have an undercover parking spot. Very safe and secure area. There is always someone home in one of the six apartments on the block, so the place is secure and if you need help there will be someone around.

Supermarket is walking distance, Woolworths is 10 minutes, Coles 15 minutes. Ivanhoe train station walking distance is 5 mins. Buses 546 is 2 mins away (end of the street). Ivanhoe Main Street is 12 min walk away, East Ivanhoe is 17 min walk. Both are less than 2 mins driving away. There is a small strip of coffee shops, a pet store, Gelataria and convenience store that's less than 5 min walk from the apartment. Austin hospital 10 min drive away.

Nearby is the Ivanhoe golf club, there's the sports-ovals and the very lovely walking trail by the Yarra is 10 minutes walk away (walk past the sports-ovals to enter Wilson's reserve).

Finally, most importantly, there is two very cute kitties who reside here. Luna is the siamese, she's confident, loving and is the CEO of this apartment. Cookie is the calico sweetheart, she's shy but a total goof-ball once she warms up.

Both kitties love to go for a walk around the garden in the morning and evening for about 10-15 minutes each time. It's quite satisfying way to start/end the day. They are outdoors during the day so minimal kitty litter scooping.

On TV services, I'm happy to share any of the streaming platforms I have but unfortunately, I don't have a TV but I do have a set up to stream from a computer onto a large second screen which is in my living room that allows you to stream in the evenings.
