Lovely 2 bedroom house just a short walk to the beach cliff top and local hotel, cafes and milk bar. The larger township of Torquay is only a few Kms away. Geelong about 1/2 hour away. There are beautiful beaches in both Jan Juc and Torquay. The house is very comfortable. Open plan kitchen. There is new heating and fans. Large deck out the back, perfect for relaxing and reading a book on. My cat needs to stay inside, he was previously an outdoor cat. He is a long haired cat, loves being brushed, cuddles &sitting on knees . Would prefer a single person. Non smoker. No parties or friends sleepovers. Sorry no extra pets allowed.
