The weather during July & August in the region is lovely with chilly mornings & night but the days usually clear & sunny & usually not windy. The house has good heating.
My 2 little dogs are well behaved, house trained & love walking around the suburb which has many walking paths.
Jerrabomberra is located 20-30 minutes' drive to many of the free attractions that Canberra has to offer, such as the War Memorial, Old & New Parliament houses, National Museum & Art Galleries. There are also many good restaurants & bars in both Queanbeyan & Canberra.
It's a 10-minute drive to our very good Queanbeyan golf course also to the shopping center.
