4 Bedroom single level with A/C, central heating/cooling, ceiling fans. Located in village approx 10km from Albury. On demand public transport to Albury (week days). 700m to Local IGA, Chemist, Butcher, Baker, Bank, PO, Hotel, Coffee Shops, Doctor, Vet, Service Station. Golf Course. Fixed Wireless Internet, No phone but both Telstra and Optus mobile access. Amazon Prime Streaming. Tennis Courts and Footy Oval in public reserve 100m. Easy maintenance lawns and gardens with some pots to water. Parking for one vehicle off street (either caravan in shed or car in garage). Utilities included. One dog to care for. 12 year old Australian Cattle Dog (very gentle). She is blind but manages very well in her own environment. Walk on lead daily. Daily medication (eye drops). Non-aggressive/destructive dogs are welcome. Choice of 2 guest bedrooms (both queen) and use of main bathroom.

“Kenneth & Linda are lovely couple, who gave us privilege to take care for their beautiful spacious comfortable home and their dog Missy. We were greeted with warm welcome in their home with the gifts in hamper. Their dog Missy was easy to look after, and we enjoyed early walks with her every morning in nice surroundings, and it was lovely experience for us. Kenneth & Linda let us stay one extra night, before they left for their vacation, and we are very thankful for that. ”
