We are a mature couple with a modern, beachy style, easy care, split level 3x2 home.
Lovely view of bush from the front of our home.
Open plan living with bi fold doors opening out to back al fresco area. Big TV & great sound system as we’re both music lovers!
Our home is walking distance to Joondalup city with station, shops, restaurants, bars, bush walks & parks close by. No gardening!
Our home faces Yellagonga National Park.
Big native trees & the sound of birds are always around us.
The back has the garage & service road with a lovely, quiet little shady park.
Most important is our beautiful golden retriever who is 6 years old. She loves a morning & afternoon walk. She’s very loving and playful although she sleeps quite a lot during the day. She’s really friendly & loves meeting other dogs in the park.
She loves playing with her toys & when we sit down with her to watch TV, she also watches!
She’s pretty well trained and always wants to please.
Most of all, she LOVES cuddles!!
