About this house sitting position in Kallangur

Lowset 3 bedroom home in quiet complex of 27 units. Freestanding (where all others in complex are duplex). The complex gates shut between 6pm and 6am. There is a pool for use by complex residents and their visitors (no public access). You will have use of your choice of the single lockup garage or carport. You can sleep either in the main bedroom (queen size) or double bed in the spare room.
I have 9yo long hair cat and no other pets.
Luna is a placid, skitty kitty (will bolt for the safety of under the bed with too much noise. She will get up on the bed for a scratch at bedtime but otherwise won't sleep with you (if she does at all since she take a little time getting used to strangers). She's not overly vocal (more a meep than a meow). She's low maintenance (no medication etc) and only requirement will be to monitor the litter tray, water and dry food, and feed her wet food at 5pm [she'll start reminding you around 3.30pm] and a handful of greenie treats in the morning. Biscuits are out and available 24/7.
