About this house sitting position in Kambah

We have a lovely home set in lush bird filled gardens, in an elevated position at the base of Mt Taylor in Kambah.
We have 2 large covered decks, one at the front of the house with a Weber bbq, large timber table setting & one at the side of the house with 3 low steps down to the rear courtyard, fishpond and garden.
There is plenty of summer shade, some lawn & a veggie garden in the backyard.
There is a flat driveway suitable for parking a caravan and space for another vehicle in a gravel carpark at the front.
There are two Smart TV's ,good internet, evaporative cooling, portable fans, heaters , washing machine, new iron & ironing board.
There are two bedrooms to choose from, with very comfortable beds, one queen & one king single. Both beds have cotton sheeting, quilts and blankets for additional warmth if it turns cold.
There are additional throws.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need & a new dishwasher and stove.
The bathroom you will use has a seperated toilet, seperate shower and full bath.

Access to the house is via about 15 steps up at the front and only 3 steps the back accessed through the side gate & path.

We live in a very quiet cul de sac, with friendly neighbours and a short walk to the MtTaylor Nature Park, local coffee shop/ cafe, and minimart.
Mt Taylor has fantastic walking trails with views to the Brindabella Ranges or north to Black Mountain.

The house is 6mins to Southpoint shopping centre, 2mins to Kambah medical centre & 6mins to Lake Tuggeranong indoor swimming pool, 10mins to Woden Shopping Town Centre, 15mins to Lake Burley Griffin, 20mins to the city & 10mins to Canberra Hospital. Read more...
