A gorgeous house on five acres overlooking the Yarra river, only 45minute drive from the city but it feels like the country. The outlook is divine, the gardens beautiful, and it is quiet. The house is stunning, fully equipped and very comfortable, with an atrium loungeroom with large fireplace, and high speed unlimited internet, and outdoor spa. No stairs throughout the house. There is a small enclosed orchard and garden beds, and a beautiful garden that requires little work. Our dog Lula is a loving, friendly, obedient 10yo American Staffy. She always stays close by, and lets the kangaroos and ducks meander past her without batting an eyelid.

We are in an environmental zone where the landscapes are well cared for and protected, so there is an abundance of flora and fauna.
