About this house sitting position in Kanwal

We have a 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with attached garage & off street parking for a car or small caravan. It sits on a 714 2m block with a decked, above ground pool with cover, pool house & cabana. Attached to the whole width of the house lis a screened in sunroom, our favourite place for a cuppa on a sunny winter’s morning. There is a small fish pond in the garden with 2 gold fish & a bird feeder for native birds.
We are a block away from busses to Lakehaven Shopping Centre or Wyong Station for either Sydney or Newcastle or Westfield Tuggerah Shopping Centre. We are 7 mins by car for a walk along Lake Tuggerah & 15 mins to Lakes Beach for sand & surf. There are local shops & a hospital within easy walking distance. Lots a cafes, restaurants & RSLs that offer good food & entertainment.
As well as feeding the fish & birds in the morning, we have 2, 19 yr old cats, brother & sister, that we adopted 4 yrs ago. Ollie is ginger & is mister personality, loves his garden & talks 10 to the dozen. Bella is a tabby & the definition of a “scaredy cat” & lives upstairs only coming downstairs to eat & use the litter tray. Both are the most affectionate cats we have ever had.
We have a young man living with us but he’s out at 7:30, back at 6pm & on 2 evenings he’s not back till 10 pm. As he works for a local church, he’s also out at 7:30 on Sundays. At this point, he’s making plans to go on holiday to Japan for 4 weeks during our absence but has nothing confirmed yet.
Due to his work commitments, we feel it would be a heavy burden to expect him to look after the pets, house & garden. We will continue to pay for a cleaning lady to clean every 2 weeks & for the garden to be mowed while we’re away.
We are away for 11 weeks, leaving on the 20th of June, returning on the 5th of September. We would prefer if the sitter could arrive a couple of days prior to us leaving to familiarise themselves with the cats routine & would flexible on when you leave to fit in with you next commitment. Our preference would be for a couple to housesit as the house & garden keeps us both busy every day but we are open
