About this house sitting position in Kapunda

5 yr old small energy efficient home with garden on automatic watering system, great outdoor deck area and a smallish garden that's easy to look after. We have 2 Bengal cats Polar 12 yrs and Jazz 4 who love to spend some time outside on the deck, the house has cat netting around the top of the fenced area to keep them in the yard. We live 1/2 hour from the Barossa Valley (wine area) and 1 hour drive to the city on the expressway. For the sport lovers, we have a great golf course, protected lawn bowls club (played year round) tennis courts and sports oval area and other different clubs within the town. A lovely small historical town with a country feel, but close to the city. Original home of Sir Sidney Kidman of cattle notoriety 1870 - 1921 and 1st established S.A mining town mining copper metal. So close to the wine area with lots of lovely vineyards.
