5 bedroom home on 2 acres with reverse cycle air conditioning throughout There is a salt water pool that is heated. We are 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD and Indooroopilly shopping centre and 60 minutes from the gold coast. The suburb is considered part of Brisbane but it is the last suburb west before Ipswich. There is a supermarket 10 minutes away by car and a local store bottle shop and bakery within a ten minute walk. Chickens and dog will need caring forand the sheep and goat will need checking every second day for water. The flower garden will need watering as well as the fruit trees. The grass may need mowing depending on the weather. We have both a ride on and a self propelling mower. The vegetable garden will have produce in it and you are more than welcome to it if it is ripe.
The dog is very friendly with people, he spends most of his day following you around. He is now 12 years old but still has a lot of energy, he also sleeps well. We shut him up if we go out and he sleeps in the house in a bed.
There is plenty of room to park a caravan. there will be one car in the garage but it is a double.
