About this house sitting position in Karrinyup

My home is a 3 bed single storey with a front fenced lawned garden and a smaller rear garden. I have reticulation but flower beds need watering as well as about 6 indoor plants that need caring for.
I have a 8.5 year old Golden Retriever, requiring 2 walks a day, or a visit to the park or beach. She will walk off lead quite happily but does not possess any road sense so needs to be on a lead near major roads. She loves human company and as long as she is the centre of attention she will be happy.
I am looking for either a retired couple or a mature single lady who does not work full time , 2 days a week max as Brodie is not used to being left for hours on end. Also a non smoker please.
