About this house sitting position in Karuah

We have a 4 bedroom house in Karuah. It is nearly 3 years old and we have a Golden Retriever dog to look after as well. She is very much part of our family.
We have a few trips coming up and would like someone to look after our house and dog whilst we are away.
Karuah is a small town just off the M1 North of Newcastle. It is right on the Karuah River. It has an RSL club with a lovely Chinese Restaurant, It has a great Pizzeria with Coffee and Ice Cream and other things, there is an IGA and a Service Station. It is growing all the time as more people move to the area.
It also has a few parks, a jetty for fishing and a netted off area for swimming. Port Stephens is about 30 mins away and Coles and Woolies is at Medowie and Raymond Terrace.
