Owner has comfortable, well-appointed 3 bedroom house with all mod cons, a 10 minute walk from the station, 10 minute walk to Echo Point and 8 minute walk to Coles / Woolworths.
Gardening is not mandatory, but if this is something you enjoy doing (unlike owner), you have the perfect opportunity to put those green fingers to work. Recent rains have turned rear garden into a wilderness, so it could certainly benefit from some care and attention.
