About this house sitting position in Katoomba

My family and I live in a comfortable 3 bedroom home located in Katoomba, Blue Mountains. We have a beautiful 10 year old Staffy cross who needs some company while we are away.
Lulu is great with new people, she really enjoys a snuggle on the couch some quality tele time. If you are in the back yard she will be too, waiting for you to throw a stick for 5 minutes.
She is quite unpredictable with other dogs so unfortunately no other pets welcome.
The house is very low maintenance. Might need to water the plants inside if it gets really hot. Watering some fruit plants in the yard also.
Our dates might be flexible. Not 100% settled on leaving date as yet.
