About this house sitting position in Katoomba

Average Three bedroom house in a quiet street and location.
Looking for a responsible person to house sit whilst we are away.
So that the house isnt closed up.
No pets or mail.
Small number of plants to water on front porch.
Large backyard that won’t need any looking after.
Nb: if video loads, a few changes have taken place since it was filmed. It was to promote holiday accommodation. Since then we also run Italian cooking classes.
Also, no use of garage and carport.
