About this house sitting position in Kedron

We have a small 2 story townhouse with 3 bedrooms. We have a guest room in the house which you would stay in, with your own bathroom.
We are located a 25 minute bus ride from the city and have plenty of street parking. We are a 10 minute walk from Kedron Brook, an expansive walking or cycling track.
We have a 4 year old cat named Paisley who is shy around strangers but warms up to you quickly.
We have a small patio with some pot plants and a reading chair for sunny afternoons. We have wifi and most streaming services built in to the TV.
We are looking for someone to make sure the cat is fed twice a day (she isn’t fussy on time) and the plants get watered. Paisley is well litter trained so the litter will need to be cleaned daily (as needed). The cat is very independent so she is fine if you aren’t home during the days.
