About this house sitting position in Kelso

We own a small hobby farm on 4 acres currently with 3 dogs, 2 cats, a rat, a snake, a cockateil, 2 ducks, MANY chickens, 10 goats, a pig and 2 alpacas.

As we obviously cannot check all those animals into boarding kennels, we need an animal loving person to share our home for the time that we are away.

We have a pool, air conditioning, internet with almost all streaming services logged in on the tv, and a comfortable living space for you to enjoy whilst minding our home.

Our animals are fairly low maintenance - all animals but the pig only need to be fed once per day and we usually do this in the evening (pig morning and evening). The rounds include checking all water levels and topping up if needed, putting out chicken feed and collecting eggs, giving the goats and pig their pellets, checking the automatic feeder levels for the cats, and giving the dogs their evening meal. The bird and rat will only need their feed/water topped up every few days, which can be done from outside the cage if you prefer (they are friendly though!). The snake will be given a big meal before we go and won't need anything for the duration of our trip. She is a small childrens python who only needs to each once a fortnight.
