About this house sitting position in Kendall
Beautiful, peaceful rural home within walking distance of Kendall village and Kew village. Woolworths 7 minutes by car.
A very well-trained small dog who needs cuddles and walks on the beach and rides in the car and snuggles in front of the log fireplace.
16 metre lap pool needs to be checked each morning that the pool pump is on and has not gone off after a power outage. The pool is serviced completely every 4 weeks so no further work is required apart from a little scooping of leaves and starting the pool cleaner every week or so.
Garden is extensive but maintenance is minimal in winter. Basic weeding, spraying and watering if conditions are dry.
No mowing necessary.
