About this house sitting position in Kensington

We have a nice, modern 2 storey house in the beautiful village like suburb of Kensington. It is easy walking distance to both Kensington and Flemington, only 2-3 train stops from the Melbourne CBD and Queen Vic Markets, and also close to Footscray and monee ponds.
Also have a lovely grand piano, in need a tune but might be a draw for any pianists!

You can walk to the supermarket and restaurants on racecourse road, or Mccauley st and train stations in 5-8 minutes.

We have a coffee machine, aircon, bath and dog door-our dog roams freely in and out of the house.

We have a small jack russell dog that needs feeding and walking twice a day and live in company and he loves a cuddle.

Lots of restaurants, parks including off lead, and walks in the area.
