Our home is a two bed, one bathroom open plan home situated in a quiet village at the base of the Snowy Mountains. Reverse cycle heating/cooling.
5 seater spa that requires basic maintenance. Nice and warm on those cooler days and great for sore muscles. Established gardens and easy care yards.
Very quiet location as there is very little through traffic through the town. Four seasons means we have new outlooks through the year. There are lovely walking trails and we have a wellness walk installed for engaging with the natural environment.
Lots of opportunity for hiking, walks, bike riding, fishing, birdwatching, golf and kayaking. Ski fields two hours up to Thredbo or Selwyn.

Tommy is a rescued long haired domestic cat who is very timid but is very much part of the family. He loves being brushed and this wins brownie points. Tommy is fed twice per day and also enjoys treats occasionally. He is an indoors cat overall but occasionally ventures out when the sun is shining.

Great neighbours and the townspeople are friendly.
