About this house sitting position in Kinross

We have a 5 bedroom house with pool. We have a park diagonally across the road from us. We are about 1.2km from the nearest beach (Burns Beach) and about 1.8km from Currambine station. We have Bella (a chocolate Labrador 9years old) and Izzy (an English springer spaniel 10 years old) and three cats (Lucy, Faith and our youngest is Poh who is a Ragdoll). We'd prefer someone who can be around a fair amount of the day. If possible, to walk the dogs (even if only occasionally). Bella does not like other dogs so we walk her when there are the least amount of dogs in the park (late at night). She is also quite strong on the lead initially but as the walk goes on she relaxes into it. Izzy is energetic but is good with other dogs.

No parties to be held and no smoking indoors. It would also be required to just maintain the pool (clean out leaves and top up with water on hot days). We have artificial lawn so no mowing is required but if the few patio pot plants can be watered that would be great.
