Office with desk & 2 monitors, perfect for home office (internet included) in a quiet suburb in walking distance to train station (8 min) with fast connection to Perth CBC and small shopping center (5 min walk).

BUT HERE THE MORE IMPORTANT INFO:

Our most of the time lovely 6 yo Border Collie Kaya is in need of a sitter during our week of holidays
She‘s fear reactive, protective and needs a sitter with confidence, love and a bit of dog knowledge.
Kaya loves sniffing everything, searching stuff, a swim (not in the ocean though), hiding her bones under the plants, running, our training walks, she sleeps under our bed, wakes up once I move and checks on me, she’s weary of other dogs and new people and needs to be introduced properly or not at all.
We expect you first to take care of Kaya, 2nd to feel home and 3rd to keep the house as is. Water the few plants and that‘s it!
Oh, I forgot that we’re an 8 min drive from the next beach with a lovely café, and foot/bikepath along the ocean.
