About this house sitting position in Kirkwood

A low maintenance 3 bedroom home on a small, elevated block with a beautiful bush backing. The full house will be accessible and come with internet and streaming accounts. And is also well set up for kids. Our 9year old little cavoodle Armani is usually found sleeping on the bed or guarding the back deck.
We are looking for someone to feed and cuddle Armani, feed our two guinea pigs and watch the house while we are on holidays.
We are only 20min drive from the beach, 12 minutes to the marina, 25mins to Awoonga Dam a few hundred meters from the closest Woolworths.
