About this house sitting position in Kogarah

Hi there, we require a person or couple to look after our property and pets while we are away overseas. Our Unit is located on a laneway in Kogarah, close to all amenities, parks, and beaches. The roadway is quiet with little traffic and there is parking around the back. The property has two bedrooms with one used for storage and has a small private balcony, wifi internet access and foxtel, TV in the bedroom, aircon, nice sized kitchen and living room while the Unit is located on the ground floor. We have 3 pets, 2 cats and 1 small dog. The cats generally spend all day outside while the dog love company and are very friendly and stay indoors only going out for walks around the garden or to the park. A list of phone numbers will also be provided for the local vet, friends in the property if you get stuck with anything and the local strata.
