About this house sitting position in Kooralbyn

3 bedroom home with ensuite and large shed on 1 acre. Plenty of room to park a caravan under cover. We have electric gates so completely fenced and secure. We have town water with septic, and Starlink for internet. We have 2 dogs, a 7 year old spoodle called Tommy and a 9 month old cavoodle called Charlie, a 14 year old cat called Lily and 5 chickens. We are only 20 minutes from Beaudesert and just over an hour to Brisbane or the Gold Coast. There is a great golf course and mountain bike track 5 minutes away. There is a local shopping village with Spar supermarket, chemist, doctor surgery, dog groomer and 2 cafes. There is also a restaurant at Kooralbyn resort and a tavern. There are so many beautiful places in the surrounding area to explore.
