About this house sitting position in Kooralbyn

3 bedroom home with ensuite and large shed on 1 acre. Plenty of room to park a caravan under cover. We have electric gates so completely fenced and secure. We have town water with septic. We have solar with batteries and an ev charger. We have 2 dogs, a 8 year old spoodle called Tommy and a 2 year old cavoodle called Charlie, a 15 year old cat called Lily and 7 chickens. We are only 20 minutes from Beaudesert and just over an hour to Brisbane or the Gold Coast. There is a great golf course and mountain bike track 5 minutes away. There is a local shopping village with Spar supermarket, chemist, doctor surgery, dog groomer and 2 cafes. There is also a restaurant at Kooralbyn resort and a tavern. There are so many beautiful places in the surrounding area to explore.

“We had so much fun caring for all the animals at Ian & Virginia’s property and have created such wonderful memories. All animals are super cute in their own unique way. Tommy is a gentle old soul while Charlie is cheeky and playful. Lily is very unique. Although she is self sufficient and rules the house, she LOVES to (gently) demand pats while chilling on the couch next to you. The 6 chickens (Road Runner & friends) were also fun. They like to chase you (nicely) around the yard if they know you have food. We had a great time. Ian & Virginia are very warm and welcoming. Their home is very modern with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We miss the fur babies already but excited to be back to sit again for them in a couple of months.”
