About this house sitting position in Korora

We have a 5-bedroom home with ocean views in a leafy and quiet suburb 8 mins drive from Coffs Harbour. We have a secure garden, and it is a 7-minute walk to the beach.
We are looking for someone to look after our house and dogs. We have a 12-year-old pointer cross and an 8-year-old greyhound. Both are quiet, well behaved and low maintenance, spending most of their times outside on their beds. They enjoy at least one walk a day.
Our living areas, kitchen, guest room with queen bed and ensuite is all on the middle level of our home and accessed via stairs from the garage. We ask that our privacy is respected and our family bedrooms and bathrooms on the top floor are not used.
Please note, smoking is not permitted and no extra visitors can be accommodated.
