About this house sitting position in Kurrajong

We live on 10 acres in a beautiful country town called Kurrajong. The 3 bedroom cottage overlooks a large idyllic dam.
We have a 5 year old medium sized dog, Benji (who prefers older children and adults), 6 cockatiels (all free flyers around the house). We also have 3 friendly geese which are free ranged 24/7 and does not require cooping at night (they have a floating island they reside in).
We are a family of 5 who is home almost all the time. For the sake of the dog and the tame cockatiels, we prefer someone who can be there much of the time as that's what they are used to.
As we will be away for just over 1 months we will require someone who is able to mow the lawn with our zero turn ride-on mower and perhaps a bit of weeding and watering of plants near the house.
Caravans are welcome. You can choose to live in it or in the house.
Note: We do not have a TV as you don't need it here! But please bring your own device if you prefer.
It's the most idyllic place! If you think you are up for the job, come and have a holiday!
