About this house sitting position in Laguna

We have a two bedroom house with an open living area and one main bathroom. Our house / pet sitters will be staying in the spare bedroom. Yogi Bear and Boo Boo have the option to sleep inside on their beds or outside on the deck.
The house uses mains power and gas bottles for the stove top in the kitchen and heated water. The property uses tank water.
Pets - Two dogs and 3 chickens to take care of.
Yogi Bear is a Border Collie x Catahoula Leopard dog - he is friendly, loves attention and playing ball. Boo Boo is a Kelpie x - she is also friendly, affectionate.
Both are very well behaved and well mannered.
The chickens need to be fed and watered once a day, plus collecting the eggs.
