About this house sitting position in Lake Haven

Looking for a caring cat lover to look after my fur baby.
2 br villa in a retirement village. No stairs. Will have your own bedroom. Prefer an older person due to the location lol. Shopping centre 5 minutes walk away. Beaches close by. Lots of restaurants local and nearby.
My cat "Shadow" is 14 yrs old this year. She's no trouble at all, just sleeps alot, but needy for affection and loves to sit on your lap when you're on the lounge and sleep next to you at night if you want lol, she doesn't like to be picked up and held though. She doesn't bite or scratch, very chilled and friendly. She likes to have a little playtime in her tunnel and wand toys. Loves to be groomed with her brush. More detailed info on her routine to whoever stays. 😀
