We are looking for active, clean living, responsible individual or couple to:
🏡 Care for & respect our simple home.
🐶 Love & care for our dogs (main reason),
🐓 Feed our chickens
🪴 water the immediate garden

We have a quaint, small wooden cottage. 1 bedroom & bathroom. Good size living room & large outdoor deck on a 5 acre property .
Beautiful wood fire if nights are still chilly.
Small, basic but adequate & clean kitchen.

Good Internet, no phone reception unless set to wifi calling.

My husband & I live with my 2 best buddies Jack, a very sookie, healthy, will be 12 yr old kelpie x & Mad Maggie, my baby, a will be 1 year old mischievous, very active fox terrier. Both love company, cuddles & bush walks but can be left at home during the day.

Atm We have 6 chickens. So fresh eggs are included 😋

Also living independently on the property are my elderly in laws. They do not need any assistance or caring. Lovely people who will not disturb or interfere with your day to day living.

Our business is in a warehouse at the front of the property & will be run by our staff . This will not impact your lifestyle in any way other than the dogs can be left there during working hours if you want..

This is a chemical free property and we try to live as clean & low impact as possible. There are fruits trees & permaculture style veggie beds.

Whilst there is always garden chores we do not expect you to care for gardens or property . We have someone come in weekly for some stuff & hopefully in August grass isn’t really growing yet !!

It’s calm and peaceful out here & you’ll feel away from the world . But close to the lake , botanical gardens, 10 mins to the great little town of Cooroy and about 25-30mins to Noosa.
