Large home with timber floors, kitchen, bathroom, internal laundry washer and dryer, separate lounge and dining. Aircon and floor heating. Secure backyard, car space under carport, office space to use for work, piano. Most streaming apps on T.V, high speed NBN internet, filtered water. House close to shops, parks, bike tracks, trail walks, national park. Public transport close by, 20 min bus ride to CBD.
Bins required to be taken out weekly. Keep place neat and tidy.
We have two french bulldogs, Bruno 9 and Paris 8. They are house dogs, preference to sleep in bed with you. They require daily short walks (preference twice if weather permitted), and eat two meals a day (we have prepared in fridge/freezer) They love a good snuggle on the couch at night and pretty much sleep all day.
